Music in Mind:
A Therapist's Journey
About the Show
After more than 30 years as a psychotherapist and many more years as a vocalist, Chicago Cabaret artist Carol Moss shares how the music in her mind shapes how she interacts with and helps her clients. This fun, insightful and uplifting show reminds us what's possible with a healthy mind and an open heart.
"This was a wonderfully entertaining and delightful show for both therapists and lay audiences as well. I was surprised by being brought to tears by several of the poignant songs Carol chose. She has a gorgeous clear voice, and amazing energy. I would recommend this show to groups of therapists at conferences and other events as well as for anyone attuned psychologically to life’s vicissitudes."
Paula Gorlitz, Ph.D.
"Sterling and stirring performances of great material."

"Beyond Carol's powerful voice and mesmerizing stage presence, the show was an invitation to feel and think. I laughed, I cried, I felt welcome and safe to explore truths that were being presented -- much like a therapy session :)"
Shaina Y, personal trainer
"Did you ever go to one of those musical performances so enjoyable that you didn't want it to end? I did. It was today. And Carol Moss was the artist. Thanks for an exciting, moving and delightful show."
